On the day leading up to our Inaugural Batizado event, students and guests enjoyed a fun-filled workshop with our grandmaster Mestre Pop in which he shared with us his vast knowledge and incomparable wisdom on the history and art of Capoeira, and expounded on the strength of a warrior’s maculelê dance!
It was definitely a day of learning that we will remember for a long, long time and we can’t wait for Mestre Pop to visit us again soon. Obrigado, meu Mestre!
